Chia seed jam

Thank you @thehealthboost for the chia jam recipe. I made it last night and Amelie had on her porridge this morning. She loved it so much she wanted more without the porridge 🍓! Super easy recipe.


Chia seeds are little powerhouses of nutrition, cheap and easy to add into breakfasts or smoothies. A source of protein, fibre and Omega 3, helping that porridge keep you full till lunchtime.
