There isn’t a day that goes by at the moment without someone asking me about how to support their immune health.

Thankfully there is so much that can be done to help fend off a tickly throat or avoid recurrent lengthy cold and flu bugs in the winter.

This lunchtime talk on Supporting Immunity will be run by Kathryn Watson (UK Registered Nutritional Therapist mBANT and Health Coach) 

How to naturally support a healthy immune system through your diet and lifestyle choices.
