With the days getting shorter, weather chillier and people mixing again, runny noses, coughs and viruses are rather on trend right now.
There isn’t a day that goes by at the moment without someone asking me about how to support their immune health.
Thankfully there is so much that can be done to help fend off a tickly throat or avoid recurrent lengthy cold and flu bugs in the winter. Many of these things take very little time and effort.
This lunchtime talk on Supporting Immune Health will be run by Kathryn Watson (UK Registered Nutritional Therapist mBANT and Health Coach).
