MY QUALIFICATIONS

I studied for 3 years for my Diploma in Nutritional Therapy from CNM in London (College of Naturopathic Nutrition), as part of my training we had to build up 200 hours of clinic experience with clients.

I hold a BSc (Hons) degree in Experimental Psychology from Bristol University.

I have also obtained a Level 7 ILM Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring.

Not only will my experience ensure your nutritional recommendation are based on proven and current scientific research, but I am also able to support you closely through the process of adopting healthy changes into your lifestyle.

I am a UK registered practitioner, and have met the strict criteria required for accreditation through BANT, the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy and the CNHC, Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council. They both require members to have training at an accredited institution as well undertake continuing professional development to maintain the highest standards. The CNHC is both NHS and Government recognised, and the only regulator for Nutritional Therapists that is accredited by the Professional Standards Authority
