Go nutty for some nut butter!

Eating a protein-rich breakfast is soooo important to keep you and children full through to lunch and avoid inevitable energy and mood slumps mid morning.


A very easy way to supercharge your toast is to add a nut butter, rich in good fats and protein. Experiment with all different ones, almond, cashew, peanut... just look for no added oils or salts/sugars.
Seb is having his with almond butter and sliced banana 😋.
