Brilliant healthy cheap dinner for all the family, on the table in under 10 mins... dippy eggs 🍳.
We were late home last night and needed a quick meal. We love eggs as they are an excellent source of protein and good fats to keep you full.
Seb had his here with wholemeal toast fingers, cucumber, avo, olives and red peppers for a beautifully balanced meal (no, he didn't eat all the veg, but I still always put them on his plate 😉). Don't overcomplicate this healthy eating thing, it will just make it more difficult to stick to.
